Introduce the material to the child 2 Bring the movable alphabet box and the 4 line mat to the place of presentation 3 Show the the two blue lines on the mat. 4 Ask the child to take out the letters from the movable alphabet box, tell him that we are going to find all the letters which fit between the 2 blue lines . 5 Take out the letters one at a time if the letter fits between the 2 blue lines place it on the mat but remove it if it doesn't fit for instance a,e,I,o,u,c,m,n,r,s,u,v,w,x,z, tell him that these are the grass letters . 6 Once the child has learned grass letters then introduce Sky Letters and then the Root letters, the presentation will be the same.
